Hi Caroline test,

Heading into the final stretch of the Financial Year, our focus this month is on Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace.  The relatively recent addition of psychosocial hazards in addition to physical hazards to WH&S laws has meant that organisations are now required to take proactive steps in managing psychosocial risks to ensure a healthier and more productive workforce.  To address this and aid with the understanding of the new rules, we have created a variety of resources for this month's newsletter including a new topical article and infographic download.  Details below also of a much anticipated webinar in April we are hosting in collaboration with MyMuse.

  • Understanding Australian Psychosocial Hazards and Workplace Legislation - Learn about employer obligations regarding psychosocial hazards, how to assess your current state and resources to help both your organisation and your employees. Read it Here.
  • Don't have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in place in your business for your team?  Take a look at this article on EAP Programmes and understand why they are vital for your business.
  • The Future of Workplace Support: Cancer, Caregiving & Chronic Illness Support - Join us for this engaging workshop led by Nikki Shah of MyMuse in collaboration with Employee Matters on 3 April 2025 at 12.00pm AEDT.  Register Here.
  • A free download: Four Steps to Managing Psychosocial Hazards and Risks in the Workplace.

As always, please get in touch for a Free Discovery Session if you'd like to talk about your HR and Recruitment needs.
